We’ve learned the best way to beat modern day slavery is by helping poor families start self-sustaining businesses.
First, we helped fund a vegetable farm near Kathmandu. Then a chicken ranch.
Next, we purchased a 16-passenger bus that allowed locals to launch a taxi and
tourism business. Other start-ups include a factory that builds food vending carts
and a bank that gives small business loans.
Our goal is to take local business people (like you) with us on future vision trips. If you’ve wanted to be part of the solution to child exploitation, this is a proven way to fight the poverty that breeds slavery.
